No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. Internet access is required to enter.

Eligibility: The Happy Hydro Grow Room Giveaway “contest” is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada that are 21 years of age or older and live in a state where marijuana is fully legal. By entering you agree to these official rules. The contest is void to people who live in states within the United States where marijuana is illegal.

Contest Period: Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, Nov. 13, 2020, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, Nov. 29. Winner will be selected and notified at 10:00 a.m. EST on Monday, Nov. 30, 2020. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

How to Enter: First, make sure you’re following us on Instagram @HappyHydro. Then, simply click on the giveaway post (published on Nov. 13), and follow the instructions to enter for your chance to win. A free Instagram account can be created by visiting www.Instagram.com and following the appropriate link to download the free Instagram smart phone application to your mobile device, or visit your mobile device’s application store.

Prize Drawing: One prize winner will be randomly selected at approximately 10:00 a.m. EST on Monday, Nov. 30, 2020, and notified via Instagram direct message. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

Prize Award Procedures: Happy Hydro will direct message the contest winner on Instagram. The winner must respond to the private message within 72 hours to claim his/her prize. If Happy Hydro does not receive a response from the winner within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected. Once a reply is received, Happy Hydro will send the winner his/her prize to the mailing address they provided.

General Conditions: This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Enter using an Instagram account registered in your name. Multiple entrants may not share the same Instagram account. In the event of a dispute, the natural person associated with the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.
